Was told that mothers boyfriend can pick up my 7 yr. daughter &9 yr.old son from school even if drunk or high , she said thats just here say ....resent court order states that mother or family only ???. She doesn’t even enforce their own court orders .... horrible judge could care less about the children

She should be disbarred. She told my daughter she will NEVER read any paperwork she files. Doesn't care anything about the children! Never wants to hear anything my daughter has to even say. She makes mistakes on purpose on her paperwork then refuses to admit she was wrong to fix it. She's a despicable human being and should be thrown in jail herself!!!

Linda Malozzi is crook to the judicial system. What kind of judge allows a child back to a mother who has her kids wait in a car while she has sexual relations with men and then says a 9yr old could be lieing. She is corrupt as they come. As far as a man walking into her courtroom, you are already stereo typed... This is crazy and unconstitutional.

I had an horrible experience with dishonorable Linda Mallozzi, assisting in taking my children from me. She was rude, unfair, and unjust. She never want to see or hear the facts.

Goes against the law, makes decisions based on her individual ideas, is predisposed as to who she wants to win and gives that person everything they ask for without having a fair hearing.

Unfair judge that doesn't listen or look at evidence.
