I had an horrible experience with dishonorable Linda Mallozzi, assisting in taking my children from me. She was rude, unfair, and unjust. She never want to see or hear the facts.

Goes against the law, makes decisions based on her individual ideas, is predisposed as to who she wants to win and gives that person everything they ask for without having a fair hearing.

Unfair judge that doesn't listen or look at evidence.
This judge won’t look at the facts of the case and is biased in her ruling. She is unconscionable in the way she conducts her courtroom and how she treats those who enter it. From an objective perspective, she demonstrates her clear prejudices towards others and let’s it rule her job and shape her decisions. As a woman with an education and privilege you would think she wouldn’t be so ignorant in her reasoning and look at things through a black and white lense.

My niece has been dealing with her for quite some time now and this judge refuses to read any of my nieces paperwork as per told to do by this same judge.

She should be disbarred. She told my daughter she will NEVER read any paperwork she files. Doesn't care anything about the children! Never wants to hear anything my daughter has to even say. She makes mistakes on purpose on her paperwork then refuses to admit she was wrong to fix it. She's a despicable human being and should be thrown in jail herself!!!

She should be ashamed leaving these children in harm's way and its ashame she has been in her seat for this time. We need to be like Puerto Rico and stand up to remove this Toxic poison from her chair.
Its ashame because I'm sure more than half of us Parents dont sleep at night worrying about our chilren.

What kind of judge allows a child back to a mother who has her kids wait in a car while she has sexual relations with men and then says a 9yr old could be lieing. She is corrupt as they come. As far as a man walking into her courtroom, you are already stereo typed... This is crazy and unconstitutional.

This judge has not change a bit! She is Racist! She does not protect the victims of domestic violence! She cannot be judge in DV court or let alone Family court! She needs DV course, she close minded! She will make judgments with no evidence! She destroys families & gives power to the abuser to continue their narcissistic ways! She exposes children to be with father that have abuse child mother!! She is not conscious what these actions inflict on child mental health & their mother who has been victimized! The only way you can get final protection order is if you have lost a limb and even with that she will let the abuser near the mother & continue contact due to the child! You can bring evidence into court & if you don’t speak English she won’t bother listen to your concerns! This women should of been thrown of the bench! As women she can’t even relate DV or what happens to the women after the restraining order is vacated! And no one is questioning her actions!! She has thing for immigrants!!! Wish I can sit with her for 20 minutes & tell her how many families she ruined & how many victims return back to their abuser because she didn’t give them the final protection order!! How many kids right now going to therapy & still being exposed to the same situation their mother try to get out!! However the judge has final call!!
