Dear Elected Officials, We the undersigned, who are residents and/or business owners in the Mid-Hudson Region of New York State, are signing this petition to acknowledge our support for the issuance of a Class 3 Gaming License on behalf of The Nevele Investors, LLC. This license will allow for the re-birth of the Nevele Resort. The return of this World Class Resort will have a transformative economic impact on the economy of New York State and on our regional economy. The redevelopment of the Nevele will bring thousands of direct and indirect jobs to our region. We urge you to support this endeavor on behalf of your constituency.
