Yes please. Anything is better than a empty building on the side of the road. Let get this done.
BRING THE JOBS BACK. The Nevele used to be the place to go and it is sad seeing it sit there empty for all these years. YES.
This would be so good for the area. We need the jobs back in Ellenville bad. Tired of seeing the place falling apart.
Long overdue. The local economy is dead and this is the only real chance to turn things around for everyone living here.
My family worked at the resort back in the day. It would be amazing to see it busy again.

I feel with the long winters in the Hudson Valley that the entertainment and leisure joy for adults is to travel to New York City and the ski resorts which is splendid for a trip fifty to 100 miles away . To have something that is that close to the Ulster County and Dutchess County would serve the community and bring residents from New York City back to this region. Coming here in the winter and summer months would prosper these two heavily populated districts and surrounding areas.
