As the United States Supreme Court is at this time reviewing a lawsuit seeking to overturn the federal law that currently restricts single-game sports betting to the State of Nevada, we, the undersigned, support legislation that would permit single-game sports betting in the four upstate New York casino gaming resorts, along with racinos, and OTBs, should the federal ban on sports betting be lifted.

Government is already head long into gaming, why is sports betting not already happening? I like the idea of being free to choose how I spend my discretionary income. To be honest, I am not a big VLT fan, but if Batavia were to get table games, I would also frequent that establishment more.
It's insane Its still illegal when every one does it anyway u can let someone place a large bet on any table game hundreds of thousands of dollars but can't bet on a sports game
I am with the majority here. Draftkings and Fanduel are legal. Why not sports wagering?
New York State has its lottery system and I think all that is a big fat chance at least picking a horse or picking a football to win or lose is skill not a chamce
I think legalize gambling in nys would be a good idea it make alot of money for the state get us out of debt fix roads n other improvements
Bring sports betting to NYS

People are gonna bet on sports one way or the other if they want to. Let’s keep the profits in state and put to good use
