It has been preached in the North East Ohio Salvation Army that the difference between "untied" and "united" depends on where "i" am. This message came at the start of an era of division and mistrust for many loyal believers. Under the leadership of the Lyles, the division has shifted from a church of Christ-like humbleness, to a business unafraid to resort to bullying to keep up the appearance of success. This petition may very well do nothing but start a conversation unless we reclaim our right to be honest and stand up for the youth of Neosa. Many individuals have come forward with testimonies of abuse and bulling from the Lyles. Neosa has a special place in all of our heart's, but someone has to stand up for the integrity of this division. I pray leaders in this division will step forward and join together in demanding respect and integrity from our divisional leadership. There seem to be too few checks and balances against corruption in the SA. Let this petition be a check against power and a voice for the youth in the division who have been hushed for too long. If you are reading this but are unable to sign, that is understandable. Please then take this as a calling to stand up for what is right by Christ. Please also let this prompt your own investigation to ask questions and seek the truth. Daniel 11:32 "The king of the North shall seduce with flattery those who violate the covenant; but the people who know their God shall stand firm and take action."

The way that the Lyles are hunting down people who cross them (and those who sign this petition) is actually totally biblically sound. That is if they are trying to play the part of Saul of Tarsis. They have been wiping out this division for too long. And the worst part is that this is part of their plan! Come hunt ME Josh, let's talk about what's biblical!

I saw things firsthand when I was a summer staffer and it broke my heart. Leadership doesnt care about the kids they only care about their own ego and budget numbers. Glad someone is finally speaking up about the culture of fear here.
