As a property owner(s) in Toll Gate Shores, I/we are opposed to the Sea Base application to build an aquatic facility in the location along Tollgate Shores Dr. I/We feel that such a facility will deprive our residents of the right to quiet enjoyment of their properties and accordingly, will lower property values in our neighborhood.
