the pool is staying open and i cant believe we actually pulled it off. thanks to everyone who signed because we really kept the doors unlocked together. now we just have to make sure they keep up with the maintenance going forward.
The NCCC Pool is a valuable community resource that offers opportunities for healthy exercise, fitness programs, swim classes and family fun to residents of the Adirondack Tri-Lakes area. We, the undersigned, want the NCCC pool to remain open.
I depend on the pool to help me with my rehabilitation program. I think we should write Gov. Cuomo and our representatives asking for funds for the pool. If they can give ORDA $82 million than they can give us Franklin Co. taxpayers some help.

I am a Senior Citizen and a resident of Essex County and am pleased to see some of my tax dollars going to support NCCC. I currently have a punch card and would like to see expanded hours so I could use the pool more often. It is so good for physical fitness and eases arthritis pain.

Having a location where kids can learn to swim in safety when living in an area where water is prevalent is critical. An indoor pool is an invaluable resource to the community and will result in lives saved.

We moved here from a YMCA that had active pool hours for lap swimming, rehab classes, swim classes of varying levels, elder water aerobics, open family swim time, etc. The pool was in constant use.
Hire a program director and the pool will be used.

I've been using the NCCC pool several times a week for about a year now. I missed it very much when it closed for the holidays. My stamina, strength and overall feeling of wellness have improved since I started swimming regularly.

I regularly swim at the NCCC pool during the off season from swimming in the lake. Keeping the pool open is beneficial to the community and other local tri athletes. Along with reasonable hours of use and not hours while we’re workong.

This is a very valuable community resource which in fact should be promoted for greater use for the health and enrichment of the community.
