I met with the Parks and Recreation director yesterday to present the current petition data and proposal for a designated skate area. We are mapping out potential municipal sites that comply with existing insurance requirements for recreational facilities. Further correspondence will be sent to the Town Council requesting a formal review of these locations.

The volume of support has secured us a formal meeting with the municipal recreation board next week. I am currently preparing the site blueprints and liability insurance documentation to present to the council members.

My brother loves to skateboard but it's too dangerous to skateboard on the street. We would love a park close to home.
literally just trying to skate without getting kicked out by cops every 5 mins. north brunswick needs this so bad

It would be a great improvement to the north brunswick community park! BUILD THAT PARK! I'm tired of driving 20-30 minutes for a decent park with transitions.
