I have been scouting potential vacant lots around town to present to the planning commission. My son keeps asking if he will finally have a safe place to practice his kickflips soon and I am determined to give him an answer.

Seeing this kind of energy for the skate park reminds me of how much my brother missed having a place to ride when we were younger. It feels like the city is finally starting to pay attention to what so many of us need.

It is about time. Every other city around here has one already. Why are we so behind?
skateboarding is not a crime. stop treating us like criminals just for wanting a place to ride in our own town.
Get it done. Burlingame is boring for teens lol
BUILD THE PARK. BEEN ASKING FOR THIS SINCE I WAS 12.
kids need a place to go instead of skating in the parking lots at the plaza. it would keep them out of trouble.

Finally!! My son has been waiting for this for years. Stop making us drive all the way to san mateo just to find a park.
