For years, the Nashua School District has been forced to make cut after cut to extracurriculars, important programs, and staff. Once again, the city of Nashua is having to look at a number of reductions to the school budget to meet the spending cap. Athletics, more teachers, and our already-struggling technology funding are all on the line this year. Tell Nashua’s leaders that enough is enough. Let the city know that our schools’ needs need to be a greater priority, and that you stand against further reductions to the budget.

I was looking at the list of names earlier and honestly I am just blown away by how many students are speaking up because I really thought the administration would just ignore us if we stayed quiet. It feels like the halls are buzzing with actual talk about this for the first time in forever which is just wild to me and honestly makes me feel a lot less stressed about the whole budget mess.

keep the tech budget alone. we need these tools to actually learn something if we want to get into college.
my gym class is already overcrowded and the lab computers are from 2005. we need actual funding not more cuts.

RIDICULOUS. stop touching the budget for extracurriculars. that is the only reason half of us come to school in the first place.
