In light of his many years of dedication and devotion to the Atlantic Beach community generally, and the Atlantic Beach Jewish Center particularly, and his love of the Village that had him move here twice, this is to request that Nassau Avenue be named in memory of Dr. Mark Ramer on the block between Park Street and Ocean Boulevard

Though not a resident of AB but having worked with Mark Ramer for many years, I wholeheartedly agree with this honor for him.
No one will ever match Mark’s love and enthusiasm for Atlantic Beach and its people. When children pass the street and ask “who is Mark Ramer?”, they will be lucky to hear endless stories of a man who knew how to build community and love his neighbor. This meaningful tribute continues Mark’s legacy of inspiring the next generation.
Dr Mark Ramer was a great man, who loved Atlantic Beach. The entire community felt the blessing of his love. Honoring his work in AB with this proposal is much deserved.
My dad loved Atlantic Beach with his heart and soul, and he particularly loved the Jewish Center of Atlantic Beach which is located on Nassau Avenue. There is no better place to honor his memory.
Mark Ramer was an amazing man and an incredible contributor to Atlantic Beach. And this would be an appropriate way to honor his memory and thank him and his family for his contributions to our community
