We the undersigned are insulted and deeply disappointed in the comment “Drivers are THICK” that was made by Steve Watkins who is our Operations Managing Director. We are appalled at his unprofessional and negative perception of us drivers, and it appears wider management have made no effort to investigate or address Steve Watkins about the insult that he has made towards us. We therefore call upon you to urgently reconsider this decision and to immediately take action with Steve about his comment about us. At the very least, visible steps to ensure management support drivers should be paramount.

Advise the vaccuous type who called us thick to be more careful as if taken personally he may be rather sorry.
Unwarranted comments from a person in a position of authority, some of us may be crazy but certainly not thick.
