Several CN Railroad Crew Members have been informing Hallcon our transportation company of a Driver of there’s named Andrew out of Flint, Mi Drinking on the Job and Smoking Marijuana on the Job. After several emails and phone calls they are still allowing this driver drive us. He had also threatened harm to those who have informed Hallcon of what he has been doing. There is video proof. He has admitted his boss knows of the situation and apparently is ok with him driving intoxicated. Please sign this petition so we can remove Hallcon as our transportation company. We deserve to feel safe in our travels.

I am disturbed by the lack of action taken by Hallcon. 50mph on a expressway when conditions are great is unacceptable. I am also concerned by the way he speaks of harming anyone who “tells on him” man your at least 30 years old what man says that? I am concerned for the safety of my co workers especially the ones the last few weeks and in the future who ride with him. The saddest part is he’s proud of all of it due to the fact his bosses are backing this behavior up.. sickening
Bottom line get rid of him. I just came back from vacation however he was my driver before I left he smokes joints in the van and claims is a rolled cigarette. Rolled cigarettes do not smell like marijuana: Hallcon is irresponsible and hell I will start the law suite they are endangering our life. In all honesty i will refuse to ride and do what the attorney I spoke with said to do. They have other drivers that are safe why send the high one. I also agree hold the supervisors accountable Hallcon needs to fire his bosses for allowing this.
So disappointed in Hallcon. I use to feel safe I do not anymore. If this gentleman is ever dispatched to assist myself and crew or to drive me I will not ride and I have also signed both petitions, I have spoke with Ben, CN, Hallcon, a attorney who said if he gets into a accident and Hallcon has been aware of this dangerous situation whoever is in that van we can hold Hallcon responsible he also made it clear we have legal options at this point he also stated that his supervisors that have been aware can also be held responsible. I too was contacted by a News investigator the same one who has contacted several other co workers. It’s terrible Hallcon is allowing this. I say let’s start a law suite
Friday was horrible we almost asked for another cab. He brags and is proud of his behavior he claims his boss his backing him up and calls him his best driver! I have rode with the two other men from Flint they are good drivers this boss of his needs to be looked into I will be writing Hallcon next.
I wasn’t going to get involved in this until my experience with this driver last night. You can smell this on him why do we keep having to deal with this driver? What the HELL is going on with theses supervisors??
Hallcon sucks no regards for us railroad employees. More disappointed in the management then anything
He was my driver last night and the whole van reaked off weed... We drove slow he had both windows upfront down it was terrible this was my first time feeling unsafe I usually have one of the older men as my driver I will to ride with him if he my driver again this is scary if everything I am reading hearing and seeing is true.

I have signed both petitions and also spoke with the CN police investigator. I have had several encounters and drives with this guy it is very unsafe you cannot drive 40mph down the expressway you can’t be a transport driver and smell like liquor and pot. The only reason why I am signing this is because other co workers have contacted hallcon and this drivers boss and he’s still here driving doing the same crap but now he thinks he is untouchable he told myself and the person riding with me his bosses have his back and thinks we are all liars he even stated he’s training to be the lead driver. Please Hallcon take our safety seriously
