Dear City Council and Planning/Zoning Commission:
We the undersigned, owners of property affected by the zoning change described in DVR12-0042, do hereby protest against any change of the Land Development Code which would zone the property to any classification other than AG-1.
The reasons for this include, but are not limited to:
1. The traffic congestion that would result from the numerous residents and their visitors coming and going from Willis to McQueen, in particular vehicles attempting to access the 202 San Tan Freeway from Willis.

Lack of adequate notice by the Planning and
Zoning Commission
3. Lack of disclosure of material information related to the development or its purpose.
4.
There has been no adequate explanation of the
need of the community for this type of development. Without
justification for the need in the community, there is no justification for a
zoning change.
Please Also Email your concerns to this email, I am sure the mayor cares about our concerns that are being overlooked. We need to show him that we care about the value of our homes.

The volume of support has reached a level that allows us to formally request a meeting with the Planning and Zoning Commission. I am currently finalizing the document package to ensure our concerns regarding the zoning change are presented clearly to the relevant city officials.

this is going to ruin the neighborhood feel. so sick of the city council ignoring us property owners.
traffic on Willis is already a nightmare during rush hour. adding an entire community there makes zero sense. leave it as AG-1.
NO! we need to protect our quiet area. please listen to the actual residents for once.
we didnt move out to this area just to have a huge development shoved into a space that cant handle the extra cars. keep the zoning as is.
Ridiculous idea. Willis road is way to small for that much traffic. Dont do it.

the infrastructure isnt there to support this. simple as that. look at the maps and you will see how bad the congestion will get.
