The developers want to ignore our rural zoning to bring high density housing to Laveen but we are not going to let this happen quietly. Write to your representative on the Board of Supervisors today to demand they reject case Z2024063. Text three of your neighbors and tell them to sign this petition so we can present a unified front at the next commission hearing.

NO! We dont need more concrete jungles. Protect our horse property!
Ridiculous. Why do they keep trying to ruin the charm of our area with these massive projects.
Please keep the zoning as is. We have enough apartments everywhere else in the valley.
Laveen isnt the place for high density apartments. Keep the rural feel we moved out here for.
Traffic on Dobbins is already a nightmare. This will make it totally impossible to get anywhere.
