Dear fellow employees - This petition is just for us. We need tangible proof that we have support across the board, collected in one place. This is the official petition that will carry weight with the union and management that shows we are united behind this cause - keeping each other safe.

Attached is the document for my proposal to broaden the investigation of the concept of wearing it to a group of testers. Seeing so many of my coworkers step up proves that we are finally ready to prioritize our own safety on the job. This momentum shows management that we are no longer willing to accept the status quo when it comes to the protective gear we carry into volatile scenes.

its long past time we take our own safety seriously. put the vest in the allowance.
PLEASE. I want to go home to my kids every single night. why is this even a fight still?
In today's society all first responders face the dangers of gunfire and other types of attacks. I could not imagine going to work without my ballistic vest and neither should they.
We don’t need to wait until one of us is stabbed, or shot, for AMR to have a reason to implement these vests as part of our uniform allowance!
This option is needed to be made available to all of us employees. We need this.

it is just common sense. the world is getting crazier and we need protection.
