Waking up to this surge of support for our coworkers brings me such relief. Seeing so many people recognize that our peers deserve better benefits confirms that this push was the right path forward.

prefer 75/25 split (obviously)...if they don't bite, offer 5% offsets (70/30, 65/35) I'd like to make it worth my increase in my contribution.
Thanks for your groups effort, I fully support this change even though I will likely not use the healthcare since I will be eligible for Tricare. Still this is one of the most important issues our Council will have before them for as long as I remember.

The 75/25 split is the only way this makes sense for my family. Really hope the council listens to us this time.
