The prurpose of this petition is to demand a special election for MSAD #74 district; towns include: Anson, New Portland, Embden & Solon. This is based on the recent termination of MSAD #74 employees in the spring of 2010. As residents we want a special election that would overturn the decision to terminate these positions and reinstate them within the # 74 school district. Within their legal rights.
