We the undersigned believe that the current "Monaca-Rochester"/"Rochester-Monaca" bridge should continue to carry the names that it has held in the past. While there appears to be propositions to change the name to such things as "Friendship Bridge", we do not believe such a change is justified. The undersigned believe that the only names that the bridge should bear are either "Monaca-Rochester","Rochester-Monaca", or both. In a area where tradition and history are prevalent in everyday lives, it is not justified or necessary to erase decades of such.
