Given: - the potential adverse health effects of people living near cellphone towers - the potential reduction in house prices of homes near a cellphone tower - the NZ Ministry of Health states that cellphone towers should be located at a site that minimises exposure - there is a suitable alternative location for the cellphone tower at the racecourse THE CELLPHONE TOWER, OPPOSITE 183 CORONATION AVENUE, SHOULD BE MOVED TO THE RACECOURSE
