New Leaf Recovery clinic is a drug and alcohol clinic located in Charleroi PA. The purpose of this petition is not to remove this clinic completely but to have it relocated. Drug and Alcohol is a real problem but the location of this clinic is not ideal, it's located right next to Charleroi head start and also a park. I don't believe our children should have to see this as they play and receive an education

This town have enough drugs in it without adding more and to boot it's beside a playground and daycare and head start unit for children app get your head straight Charleroi do you understand and then endangering the welfear children
