I do not want high density low income apartments! We have enough housing in mountains edge. We need more businesses and schools!

Do not rezone this area. Too many apartments are in our community already.

I was fooled before when I lived in NLV 20 yrs ago by the city that these apartments wouldn't ruin the neighborhoods... I invite you to check out my old house on google. It was a beautiful neighborhood until both apartment complexes went in. We had crime, graffiti, thugs walking the street and jumping my walls (I lived at the end of the cul-de-sac. 4801 Rancho Linda Ct North Las Vegas, Nv I promised myself I'd live as far away from NLV as possible and now they want to make it crappy in SWLV... NO WAY!

That is fantastic news Richard and you are so right, this does't seal the deal by any means. We must all show up on the 18th and voice our opinions to make sure this does not get passed! Thank you for the update.

We already have enough apartment complexes in this area. I reject this zone change especially on the premise that it will be a low rent complex.

I don’t want a apartment complex being built in the back of my community.

I’ve been a resident out in this area since 2002. I moved out here when there was nothing and have seen the views being more and more obstructed and the traffic increased, higher taxes, and more pollution. I strongly oppose more high density construction. Enough is enough!

Thanks to everyone who posted signs, went door to door & showed up. You guys ARE the community. We need everyone who can get the time off to show up 4/18 9AM. Check the agenda online closer to the date. We may not get heard till the afternoon.

Just got home from the Enterprise Town Board Meeting. Pretty eye opening the way the system works in this town. “Staff” recommends approval before the community is heard on the subject. The reasoning is that it conforms with the surrounding community. WRONG! The Town “Board” is strongly pre disposed to approve as is evident in their dealing with the 65 in attendance outspoken AGAINST. They finally recommended against the zoning change and the project as a whole due to the vociferous community objection but this does not make the decision. That will be done in front of the Clark County Commissioners who are elected by us. PLEASE BE THERE IF YOU CAN THIS COUNTS. April 18th, 2018 9 AM Clark County Government Center Building @ 500 S. Grand Central Parkway ( no not NY) LV, NV, 89106 We Got This! Let’s Unite and put an end to it! Rich Woodford Arlington West Twilight
