95% lot coverage with only 53 parking spots proposed is a safety concern. with the growing population an increase in traffic means more vehicles coming/going in a small area.

It will create chaos. School kids come to the plaza nearby crossing the road. The intersection cannot accommodate hundreds of people every Friday and almost every day for 30 days in Ramadan
Being good citizens of our community means making good faith efforts to comply with Zoning By-law regulations, not circumventing or modifying them at the expense of residents.
This is a very crowded intersection. Traffic is bad already . There is an old age home, school kids crossing. Not an appropriate site for such a big place where hundreds of people will gather
Wrong location. Will cause gridlock in the town, disrupt businesses with parking and increase traffic on residential streets to name a few. We welcome a new mosque just not this location. So much other land in the area that would better serve our community.
There is absolutely no reason for this to be built on such a small street. There isn’t enough parking and the over flow will end up in the parking lot across the street. Which will affect the businesses in that plaza. We also don’t need 2 of these so close to each other
This should not be built here.

I currently drive past Ringwood on Fridays for my daughter's class and there is already a lot if traffic due to the parking and pedestrian walking. There are was more than 75 families that attend. With Stouffville growing this will become a bigger issue and buildings should be designed with that growth in mind.
