One hundred people actually signed this thing and I am honestly just floored right now (my cat keeps staring at me because I keep making weird noises at the screen). I never thought one hundred neighbors would care about Mr. Morone Sr. as much as I do but here we are and it feels like maybe we can seriously actually stop them.

I was checking the dashboard and noticed we are creeping up toward 500 signatures which feels surreal because I keep thinking about Mr. Morone Sr. sitting in his chair wondering if he has to pack. If everyone just grabs their phone and sends the link to a few people we might actually hit that mark before the county meeting starts so let us push this thing over the edge.

I really need you all to keep pushing because we are almost at one hundred signatures and I think that number is going to make the county actually look at us for once. I keep checking the screen every five minutes and my heart is just racing because Mr. Morone Sr. is such a good person who deserves to stay in his home. Tell someone new about this right now so we can stop worrying about his future.

Morone Sr. Is one of the greats, I'll never forget his class, especially sitting with him on 9/11 and how he really broke things down for us. He had us think beyond the text, something I have carried into my own classroom.
Mr.Morone had the greatest impact on myself and I know on many others. We always had intellectual conversations about anything from politics to international events and tied it to philosophy, making us think critically. Don't take that away from the future generations.
I would not be getting my Masters at Stanford if it were not for Mr. Morone. He teaches students to think critically and apply their knowledge in a nuanced way- To date, I continue to cite the knowledge he gave me in my courses.
I had the privilege of studying under Mr. Morone Sr. for two years and those classes were arguably the most beneficial classes I took at Atlantic High School. Forcing him to retire would strip many students of that opportunity to learn from this excellent teacher.
Mr. Morone has been one of the most outstanding teachers I have ever met. He has encouraged me to study in ways that many have failed and pushed me to my boundaries in both philosophy and linguistics. I would be nowhere near where I am today at Penn without this incredible man.
Mr morone was one of the greatest teachers I have ever had in my entire educational career. Him, his son, and mr perry are the 3 educators that I routinely speak about as people who have influenced me in my life. Forcing retirement on someone so passionate about educating students is the biggest tragedy of the US education system.
Wake up. How is a man's choice to work dictated by a governing body over and not the choice of the human themselves? If they want to work or not work, the choice is theirs no one else's. That's simple logic, wake up!

Forcing Mo Senior to retire would do a great disservice to all those who could have benefited from his passion and skill for teaching. Exceptional teachers are so few and far between, we shouldn't turn our backs on the small number we do have.
