We, the undersigned, would like to support the plans for the regeneration of Coalville town centre which aim to transform the current shopping centre (the Belvoir Centre) with new shops, wide-ranging environmental improvements, increased car parking, restaurants, bars, a hotel and cinema. We believe that the More 4 Coalville plans offer the people of the town more in terms of choice, new jobs and leisure opportunities than alternative proposals based on standalone supermarkets on the edge of town. We urge North West Leicestershire District Council to support the town centre proposals when they come before its Planning Committee.
