We, residents of Miromar Lakes, are formally requesting the Master HOA to dissolve and/or remove the mandatory technology fees associated with the community-supplied broadband internet and cable television that are currently charged quarterly to each residence. Summit’s services have proven to contain apparent flaws that directly result in repeated system failures and unacceptable performance standards that are clearly inconsistent with the homeowners needs and rightful expectations. We are no longer willing to pay for inferior services that breach the obligations of the Master HOA to render a quality product in exchange for the relative compensation in which they receive.
Something needs to be done. This is not a one off situation but a systematic problem. Yesterday cable and internet were out for 9 hours. Additionally, I continue to get error messages on a regular basis and frequently the voice does not match up with the person talking. These situations require a channel change. Finally, months later there is still no procedure from Summit regarding payment of Comcast bill when promised by the end of January. They now act like they are not sure what we are talking about. There is zero reasons why I should purchase Comcast when I already pay a technology fee.
