Metro psc stated we would get a $200 visa gift card after 3 months sent to our address and comes to find out they lied. We dont qualify because we didnt purchase online. But store manager in idaho stated it was an instore promotion

Im doing this bscause after 2 years of fighting and ciuntless hours with tech support trying to get my unlimited data in to a workable condition. I have just about given up . They sold me a plan they cant provide.

I also want to bring an issue, i feel they are discriminating, whenever you get an extension, they turn off you data. I dont feel that is fair and it should not be that way. they say it was a policy change but no account holder was informed and it has cost me business.

They advertised for a year that they would not slow my data "like those other companies" then did exactly that. Also I received a ZTE phone from them and they want to charge me to get another phone in spite of the security risk they put me in

I fell for the free phone lie and now I want my device unlocked and they are questioning me a paying customer about why I want my phone e unlocked theyre holding my device hostage and I'm not in a contract.Theyve violated theyre own unlocking policy and I would like compensation

Their $60 per month unlimited high speed data plan supposedly has a limit of 35 GB. This limit is mentioned nowhere and their supposed escalation to fix the problem, their blank answers and promises require remedy or litigation.

I got three lines one for me and one the other two for my kids and WiFi service total of 4 so my son got a job and to help him build is credit I advise him to get his own service through another provider to help build it and he pays his own bill. I call metro to tell them and to remove his line and phone so he can take it to another provider. They never removed the line after calling several times that I’m still paying for a line I’m not using or need. Keep having to say the same thing.
