If you are tired of being charged for broadband service and receiving dial up speed at a broadband price, let's all get together and ban Broadstripe Cable. I have read review after review of Broadstripe and 95% of them are negative. So why are they still in business? The reason is because of Seattle’s exclusive rights laws. Without exclusive rights laws Broadstipe would not be. So let’s all get together and do the only thing we can as consumers to protect our rights. Let's all get together, contact the State of Washington Attorney General’s Office and file a class action lawsuit based on all the complaints I've been reading and researching; consistent failures, slow speed, disrupted service, overcharging and deceptive practice - not informing customers of the truth. If you are tired of being held internet hostage by an inept company that is incapable of providing the service you need, are unwilling to invest any money into providing their customers better service because they have exclusive rights agreements for your neighborhood, “THEN NOW IS THE TIME TO ACT”!
Let’s get as many signatures as possible and show Broadstripe we as customers/consumers have our rights and will protect them…
The volume of support for this petition has gained the attention of a local investigative journalist who is currently reviewing our documented service complaints. I am drafting a formal summary of these findings to submit to the Attorney General office this week.

And how about hbo go, or showtime anytime. Broadstripe, just the basics... well almost the basics, of a cable/isp of 2001. Should be there slogan.

Absolute worst internet ever. I pay for high speed and get 2mbps. Constant disconnects when I try to stream anything.

BROADSTRIPE IS A JOKE. How are they even allowed to operate in Seattle still? My bill goes up every month and the service just gets worse.

Total garbage service. Dial up speeds in 2014 is unacceptable. Need to get them out of our neighborhoods.

They have a monopoly in my area and they know it. No incentive to fix anything when you have no other choice.
