I was sold fake unlimited internet. I paid 50$ month fee plus a 30$ activation. Plus 2 day prior to buying the internet plan I paid off my cellphone (metro) for the next month. The internet was only 100 gigs and lasted 4 days so after that data ran out the automatically shutoff my cellphone that was paid already. I went to return the internet gateway they said id be refunded 30$ back cash for the activation fee and they would credit the 50$ to my bill. After 8 hrs and 3 trips to store no refund

Ive only had my phone for 5 months which they sent me my upgrade phone in the mail and now i have to spend more money on a new one. They knew they sent me a phone that was going to be obsolete after a few months. I shouldnt have to pay for another phone

Everytime I try to make a call I get an error message and have to try my call again and again

Metro PCS Customer service agents and Supervisors are the worse i spoke with a Supervisors by the name of Jam very rude and unprofessional she sided with her representative Markus even after he didn't do his job correctly. I will gladly sign this

was sold on old use phone, it was broken and they did not want to refund my complete totally back. they wanted to keep the taxes. that is against CA law. to much to type here.

Frauding plan tactics with lies

I was just scammed for a iphone 13plus

They, say wireless for all but if I am in certain areas. That do not have a tower to bounce off of. There is no signal. This was hard when I worked for a Ambulance company picking up or dropping off patient's. Because map's wouldn't work. And there was no way to call dispatch to get back to office. I would have to find somewhere that has WiFi or a area that has tower's. It made life hard in the end I had to buy a Tom Tom.

Bad salesman tactics. Forced me to buy a new phone, which led to a new telephone number and account stating

They added a 4th line and got an iPhone 13 without my consent.
