It has been brought to the Executive Committee's attention, that employees are dissatisfied with the newly presented Maintenance Schedule and would like to file a Group Grievance.
Maintenance Technicians that would like to join the Group Grievance shall voice their acceptance by signing this petition.

Seeing the count climb like this is honestly surreal because I really just thought it would be a handful of us venting into the void. It feels like we are finally on the same page about these shifts and the frustration is clearly universal which makes me feel a lot less crazy for pushing back.

WHO APPROVED THIS??? i cant work these hours and expect my family life to stay together. fix it.
this schedule change is legit impossible with my daycare setup. not happening.
been here 10 years and they just drop this on us. pathetic management.
total bs. nobody asked us about this before posting the new shifts.
