After the tragic event on September 4th 2024 at Apalachee High School and all of the countless other school shootings it is time to band together and stop this nonsense by installing metal detectors at our schools. Is it 100 percent perfect? No. Will it stop all violence at schools? Also No. But it is definitely a start, we can no longer just sit by and let these things happen to our children. There are metal detectors at concerts, sporting events, courtrooms etc and our children deserve the same protection. Please sign so we can get this going, no child, teacher or parent/guardian should feel dread when sending their child to school.
