Seeing all these names show up is honestly kind of overwhelming because it really proves that we are all feeling the same frustration about our roles being overlooked. I honestly never thought so many of you would jump on board this quickly but it just goes to show how ready we are to finally have a real seat at the table.

its about time we got some respect. tired of being treated like we are replaceable. we need our own contract!!
Finally! I have been waiting for us to stand up for ourselves. This is long overdue.

Paras do way more than the office staff gives us credit for. We are working with the kids all day everyday and we deserve to be paid for it.
