Our Vision: Students need to be able to grow and learn without worry, without concern for their teachers, without concern for their parents and without concern for the ones that provide for them not being provided for. We encourage those who are not teachers to stand with them, to unite, to create change, and to add to the storm of voices demanding what teachers deserve.

I have been reading the stories some of you left in the comments and it is clear that our teachers are stretched to their breaking point. This is about ensuring the people who guide our children are able to sustain their own lives while they build the future.

Seeing this grow makes me think of the teachers who raised me and the impossible sacrifices they made every single day. This tide of energy proves that people truly see the struggle our educators face in Fort Collins and beyond. Your commitment keeps me going when the path forward feels heavy.

PAY THEM MORE. Simple as that.
My sister is a teacher in FoCo and she spends way to much of her own paycheck on supplies. It is honestly pathetic how they get treated.
been saying this for years. glad someone is finally doing something.
Teachers do so much for our kids and they cant even afford rent in the town they work in. Something has to change right now.
Our educators need to have proper funding, and pay for their classrooms. The future depends on it. All children are worth it.
All humans are worth it! Especially children, so let’s fund education.

Our schools are falling apart and the teachers are burnt out. They deserve to be paid like the professionals they are.
