As men and women share equal responsibilities, it is important for men to get paternity leave in private organisations.Men deserve paternity leave for a month because there are fathers who have to work while their young child is at home and are not introduced to fatherhood; the situation being worse for single fathers. Men also feel the need to nurture their new borns.
We urge you to support our cause as parenthood is not restricted to gender and is not only a woman's responsibility to look after the new born.

If we're looking at equal opportunity then why not? Even a man would be delighted to spend a month with his new born
Early years of child needs caring by mother and father too.Touch of both the parent is important for new born baby . Responsibility of father is more as he has to take care of mummy as well as baby. He has to give quality time to both

I strongly agree that men should also be provided with sufficient paternity leaves as they truly deserve to enjoy their new role as being a father as much as mother.
I feel each father should get atleast 5-6 months so that mother's can work at that time too...

This is a great thought and initiative. Fathers play an important role in the upbringing of the new born and must get some quality time to spend with the baby.
