The smallest amount of paid leave required in any of the other 40 nations is about two months. Our Government has to do better in providing this needed time; especially during the first crucial year of life.

ABOUT TIME. moms and dads need time to bond. keeping us chained to a desk right after a kid is born is just plain wrong.

it is insane that we are the only ones left behind like this. my baby was only 6 weeks when i had to go back and i cried the whole first week. fix this.
