The Joint Use Agreement between Meadow Pointe I and Meadow Pointe II that has allowed residents to use the amenities at both clubhouses has recently expired. As a result, Meadow Pointe I residents are no longer permitted to use the pool, fitness center, and playground at Meadow Pointe II. Likewise, Meadow Pointe II residents may no longer use these facilities at Meadow Pointe I. This petition has been created to allow you, a resident of Meadow Pointe I, to express your opinion on this matter. Many Meadow Pointe I residents would like for the MPI and MPII CDD Boards to mutually agree to re-enter into a Full joint Use Agreement. However, there is a strong belief that this may not happen unless there is a compromise that would exclude the use of the fitness centers. If you feel this would be a satisfactory compromise, you may select that option. We would like to present this petition to the CDD Supervisors at the June 7th MP I CDD/ARC monthly meeting at 6:30pm Please consider attending the meeting at 6:30pm for your support of this petition.
