We the homeowners of Marine Creek Ranch oppose the development of la d proposed for multi-family dwelling re-zoning by the developer for the following reasons:


- Decrease I commercial zoning on Cromwell Marine Creek

- Insufficient business infrastructure, ie. Hospitals, Groceries stores

- Insufficient police and fire department presence

- Insufficient roads to accommodate increased population

- Increase in crime with multi-dwelling housing ( note: increased crime at 820 and Huffines after apartments were built)

- Original neighborhood brochure promised single family homes and did not illustrate apartments

- Support historical preservation off Marine Creek and its rich history in Fort Worth

- Environmental concerns over wetlands, wildlife and 100-year flood plain surrounding Marine Creek
