I have 2 small children and my backyard backs up to the greenbelt. Having apartments on the other side of the greenbelt makes my house and many others vulnerable to theft.

Please do not build. Please consider everyone's safety would be put at risk if multi family homes were built and cause an increase in crime. As a mother I want to keep my child as safe as possible in her home!!!

The infrastructure of MCR is not suitable for multi-family units. The roads are already over burdened and there really is no need for apartments as there are numerous complexes in the area already with new construction going on as well.

There are numerous apartment complexes in the surrounding area of MCR. I purchased my home with the understanding of only single family homes.
