Speak out to preserve our jobs and our right to choose.

Petition Objective - 1. To have every exempt request approved without required weekly testing. 2. MCH Admin and the Hospital Board should rise to defend employee right to choose and push back against this unlawful mandate. 3. Resisting the mandate can give us time for the Supreme Court to rule on and hopefully reverse the government mandate, otherwise will result in many losing their jobs.

This petition signed by both vaccinated and unvaccinated employees all agree and demand that each employee requesting a religious, moral and conscious objection be accepted with no weekly testing unless that individual is willing and chooses to do so. This mandate is an infringement on our religious and civil right to choose what is injected into our bodies granted to us by our Creator. We cannot and should not be forced.

Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 enforces this right by prohibiting such discrimination against religious belief. Title VII defines "religion" as "all aspects of religious observance and practice, as well as belief." Religious beliefs include theistic beliefs, such as belief in God as well as non-theistic moral or ethical beliefs as to what is right and wrong. There is no Corporation, Board Member or Government that can or should question an individual's sincerity or validity in any such belief. Neither does an individual require any written statement from Clergy to confirm any belief unless the individual chooses to submit one. Even requiring mandatory Covid testing for not vaccinating is discrimination, being that even the vaccinated can still acquire infection and infect others just like the unvaccinated.

Each person listed on this petition is professing and standing in solidarity for each individual’s right to choose. That choice should be respected and protected by all without fear of repercussion or mistreatment. Protecting our right to choose today is protecting your right to choose tomorrow.

When this petition is final it will be submitted to MCH Administration and Hospital Board.

Thank you for your support.
