As a concerned Maui Sunset property owner I am requesting that the Board of Directors arrange for an independent review of circumstances surrounding the 2009 vote to ban smoking. The issues addressed should include at least the following: 1. Directed proxies not included in the initial vote tally. 2. The voting results published in the January 2009 newsletter. 3. The destruction of the original proxies and ballots. 4. The letter from Mr.Morgan published in the August 2011 newsletter. 5. The design of the 2009 ballot.
