This petition has been set up because this man cannot do his job. He is literally out of control. If he cannot get his staff out through the legal channels he will stoop at nothing to get his staff members through illegal channels. He has just hit the headlines because he has tried to ruin the life of a former staff member because he was racist to this guy, many more cases are coming up through the online forums. This man lets the pupils rule the roost and his staff are leave to pick up the pieces, he is morally bankrupt to coin a phrase I heard this week.
