By signing this petition you are helping me to establish the first round of the NCAA basketball tourney as a legal holiday. This would be the first thursday and Friday of the tournament. Why Because it\'s like Christmas in March. Why Because worker productivity is decreased Why Because it is a community builder. Why Because college basketball is awesome!!!
