Mansfield supermarket has been allowed to extend their opening hours and subsequent license to sell alcohol up until 11pm everyday. The net effect of this has been gangs of youths gathering around the shop late into the evenings, much more than usual. They also have deliveries every morning, including weekend, most days around 6am. This means there are gangs casings noise and general trouble until midnight often and deliveries waking us all at 6am. So we have 6 hours to sleep! I have a baby boy and another on the way and to me this wholly unacceptable and must stop. I've seen police issuing fixed penalties for selling underage alcohol but still nothing happens. I need people to put their name to this petition. I will take this as far as I can but I can't be seen as one man against to store. I just need names. You'll be anonymous and I'll stand in a hearing to try and force an early closing time and I'll try to have some common sense applied to the early deliveries. So please just add you name to this to hep me make this neighbourhood a little quieter and generally safer
