We would like to put a stop to parties and noise making at Trim Park Potchefstroom, the Tlokwe Municipality extended time of irritation until 06:00 of the following morning and since the parties can be heard at least 2km away during the night, it is disruptive, irritating and in violation of section 8 and 9 of the Environment Conservation Act, 1989 (Act 73 of 1989) – Noise control regulations, 1999. I was informed by the local SAPS that both the coming parties also have the same timeframe scheduled, parties can be fun, but not when they continue throughout the night and into the next morning irritating all who are forced to listen to whatever is being blasted into the night.
Please help us put a stop to parties after midnight, any day of the week and any date into the future.

Reaching this level of support has been a heavy experience given the lack of rest we have all endured. I am exhausted by the constant noise but seeing this backing reminds me why we cannot back down.

After midnight there should not be any noise. Unacceptable. Some People are working
Thanks to this crowd I was unable to sleep until 03:00 in the morning! As a student with a full-time job I find it very disruptive if the residents of the a neighborhood 4km away can here all the commotion!

My kids wake up crying every time the bass starts thumping at 2am. This is a residential area not a club. Enough is enough.
