There is a huge animal overpopulation issue in Delaware. While shelters do not have enough space and often have to deny or even kill animals, breeders are breeding an excessive amount. They are creating the overpopulation issue and making money off of it.
We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to act now. Setting regulations on breeders will ensure animal safety and lower breeding numbers. In order to fix the animal overpopulation issue in Delaware without raising taxes, say “NO” to animal cruelty.

The breeders are filling their pockets while our shelters are overflowing with animals that have nowhere left to go. I have been spending my time documenting how these people operate because the silence from our local officials is absolutely pathetic.

The momentum we have built proves Delawareans are sick of breeders profiting while shelters are overflowing with abandoned animals. These greedy operators cannot ignore us anymore because we have forced this crisis into the light.

Anyone that approves and/or practices animal cruelty should be spanked and then checked for sadistic tendencies that might manifest itself in assault and/or murder on humans.
its heartbreaking to see how many dogs are at the delaware humane association. way too many backyard breeders around here just looking to make a quick buck.
Good work. People need to stop buying from these breeders and just visit the local shelter instead. There are plenty of good pets waiting for homes.
STOP THE PUPPY MILLS RIGHT NOW. my heart breaks for all the poor animals that dont have a home.
