Surf City needs to install a safer way to allow pedestrian to cross Brookhurst. Currently the thouroghfare lacks a safe way to cross this busy intersection. More people want a pedestrian friendly community. In addition two schools are located on either side of this busy aerial 6 lane thoroughfare . The city has identified this intersection in both of the most recent traffic surveys as a potential site for a traffic signal. The time has come to make your request heard. We need a signal here as well as left hand signals in most intersections here in Huntington Beach!
