BYU has decided to make diversity classes which teach CRT, Ibram X. Kendi, and race ideology as part of their required curriculum. We believe that these concepts have nothing to do with diversity but have everything to do with dividing and people and silencing opinions. We demand they be optional classes or everyone will be forced to do assignments such as this "Whiteness" activity which required students to take pictures of physical structures that symbolized "Whiteness" or racism. These classes teach racism and divide people instead of bring them together.

When did BYU start teaching things that are in direct conflict with LDS doctrine?
The Christian doctrines of grace, free will, and equality before God are all diametrically opposed to critical theory and antiracism. (Feel free to quote me on that.)

I cannot believe this is happening. I’m unbelievably disappointed in BYU.
This is such Crap. BYU stick to teaching the gospel of Jesus Christ, and that will be the best anti racist lesson you will ever give.
BYU has embraced the evil of CRT. They see racism everywhere.

Somebody at the watchtower is not watching. As a past chair of a BYU Alumni Association, I never dreamed that my alma mater will come to this. I'm painfully disappointed.
