It is a crime what we do to these pets. If we shifted more funds and laws into spaying/neutering all pets, we wouldn't have the need for shelters. Let's work on a positive instead of this travesty of killing innocent pets every day.

This is an outrage that so many pets are killed. We need FREE spay and neuter throughout CA. Also, you can lower the cost by having volunteer veterinarians rotate on a scheduled basis. You can have almost graduated vets perform it. Lets finally curb this problem.

These animals (dogs and cats alike) deserve a chance at life they were given. Spaying and neutering is only part of the answer. Killing simply isn't a solution nor should be an option. We as humans are all responsible for these animals.

We need a mayor that keeps his campaign promises. Mayor Garcetti has betrayed and lied to us. He has betrayed the animals in our shelters. He only caters to the elite that give him money and couldn't care less about the people and their wishes. Oust Garcetti.

Be humane! Give the dogs a chance to find their owners or a new fur ever home. Stop holding them hostage to ridiculous high fees to get them out of the shelter. Be a SHELTER, not a killing ground. Thank you in advance.

Please end this, great animals aren't givven a chance to find wonderful, loving homes. Make spay & neuter clinics cheaper for people to afford, maybe we could help end this.

I just watched a video of the West Coast Rendering Company / Western Organic Products Inc and am disgusted that "humans" (the Earth's caretakers) have just yet again shown how inhumane, heinous and vile they can be.
