my local shop has sacked an assistant manger, manager & suspended an assistant manager who lost their job as a result in the last 2 years. The new manager is a bully who intimidates & threatens people & nearly hit me & head office refuse to do anything about this. As a so-called respected charity I find this outrageous & feel I need support in making them realise this needs to stop. All staff & volunteers should be respected and not feel unsafe when doing a job they love. Please help me get this changed for the better. Thank you

I used to volunteer until they got rid of the wrong people and took on the wrong people, now im just discusted.
As someone who worked there for 3 years I've seen how badly it was run and the corruptness. I even went to court with the old assistant manager as they admitted he was under payed
I think this is very unfair and making people's life's unfair and horrible I think Kim Jones should have her job back because you can't mess with peoples life's this way Kim is very honest and a lovely wonderful person and would never hurt anyone please give her job back

As one of many former customers who used to visit the shop regularly I think it is disgusting how the staff and volunteers at this shop have been treated. This all looks negative for the British Red Cross and will affect their donations, which is a shame as the charity itself does brilliant work worldwide and that is being ruined by a mindless bullying culture in the workplace
