No access during the corona virus.
Service fees need to be reimbursed or deducted for the paid time. Removed for the upcoming lockdown time
2- Parking & Building access
No access card to building which fragilise the security of the units.
No parking barrier operational which brings a chaos and complete mess on the parking slots management.
3- Security Staff
Our security should have been trained before taking their duty. There is a real security issue.
they are supposed to call before anyone entering confirming if we expect anyone.
Even checking ID of workers from outside.
Several times Owners and Tenants complained about someone open their door without knocking. It is unbelievable in United Arab Emirates.
4- Shower pressure
The pump(s) have been undersized and a promise to replace them has been made with any action until now 20/04/2020.
5- Common area
Garbage room is dirty and messy there are insects everywhere.
Corridor is used as a shoe storage which doesn’t look clean at all.
6- Odors and Insects
An automatic perfume diffuser should be hanged up on the wall of each floor close to elevator.
Insects are coming to apartment from outside (flies..) pest control should be conducted at least once a month to stabilize the current polluted environment.

The management team at MAG 5 remains completely silent while our building falls into a state of total neglect. They are ignoring our complaints about the unusable pool and the broken security systems that put every one of us at risk. We are done paying premium fees for a place that is infested with insects and lacks basic water pressure.

The massive surge in support proves that MAG Property Development can no longer ignore our demands for basic living standards. We are turning this momentum into a direct confrontation with management because their incompetence inside MAG 5 Boulevard has gone on long enough.

The gym and pool were closed for months but we still paid full price. Need a refund for the lockdown period ASAP. Also the security staff just let anyone into the building without calling us, it is not safe.
1- Pls provide shade parking and operate the parking barriers 2- pls provide pest control for the cockroach and mosquitos in the common area around the community we can't use the balcony because of mosquitoes and because of the cockroach sound daily
no fans at the bathroom no follow-up neither action on handover finition and furnitures issues
And there is no proper communication and air conditioning service is really poor, rules are not followed strictly.
The service or maintenance fee should be reduced..

please find a solution to the fake fire alarms. This makes me think of leaving the community and moving somewhere else!!
